We haven't been able to verify a specific published permit rule for any of these towns, so we won't guess at one. Call Pasco County or your specific municipality before ordering if the container might need to sit anywhere other than your own driveway, and SHL's office can point you to the right number if you're not sure who to call.

On a flat, accessible surface the delivery truck can reach without backing across landscaping or soft ground, with a driveway being ideal. If your driveway can't fit it, tell the office when you book so the driver knows the plan before the truck shows up.

A loaded roll-off is heavy, and on an older or already-cracked driveway it can leave marks. Ask about driveway protection when you book if that's a concern, especially for the larger 30 and 40 yard containers.

No, those towns fall outside SHL's current service area as well. If your job is in one of those areas, a different local provider will be a better fit.

The yard is on Shady Hills Road, and SHL routes trucks daily as far as Trinity and Odessa to the east and Bayonet Point and Holiday to the south. If your address is near the edge of that map, call and ask rather than assuming either way.

Household junk, furniture, construction and demolition debris, yard waste, roofing shingles, flooring, drywall, cabinetry and general renovation debris all go in a standard roll-off. If you're not sure whether something's allowed, ask when you book rather than guessing.

Hazardous materials are the main no. Things like paint, solvents, motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, batteries, tires and asbestos-containing material can't go in a standard container and need separate disposal. Ask the office if you're not sure a specific item qualifies.

Mattresses are generally fine in a standard container. Appliances with refrigerants, like refrigerators, freezers and window AC units, usually need to be handled separately because of how refrigerant has to be disposed of, so mention it when you book so it's accounted for.

Usually yes for a standard job, but after a hurricane or major storm, debris volumes and disposal rules can shift quickly, and the right container size for storm debris alone is often different from a typical renovation job. Call ahead during storm season so the office can size the order correctly.
